• Coach and athlete will establish a communication method that suits both parties
  • Athlete will have access to, and should actively participate in, the VDOT02 training platform
  • Training plans run from Monday to Sunday each week
  • Athlete will receive the week's training plan no later than Sunday at 4PM prior to the week's training
  • Athlete will be sent an invoice one week before the start of the new billing cycle
  • Additional terms for cancellation and extending training will be discussed with athlete
