"I enjoy having my workouts created and planned out specifically for me with a good amount of variety throughout the long term plan. And of course the support and encouragement is top notch; I specifically have gained confidence as a runner. I feel like I have gotten faster and stronger in the quality workouts. At first the workouts can look intimidating but once I have settled into the run, it all seems manageable and doable.  Although I was good runner before working with MB, she helped discover what I am really capable of doing. That confidence has pushed me to do things I didn't think were possible. As someone who did not have a coach until 2 years ago, I am so pleasantly surprised at how beneficial it is. “I’ve been running a long time and have always trained on my own. I’ve done well, but wanted to try a new approach. I’ve never had a running coach before this. I loved the variety of workouts. No two were the same. It was fun playing with different paces and different distances. I ran my fastest 5k in 14 years. I don’t think I could have run that fast without my coach’s workouts. I had one of my fastest seasons of racing in a long time. I’ve used generic training plans many times in the past and have done well, but usually ended up wearing out. Onward Coaching kept me ready to race over several months, without burning out. And, it was a lot of fun.My coach was very supportive and enthusiastic about my running. She was also flexible and adaptable to how I felt each week.My coach and my running results exceeded my expectations. I will continue to run and train with Onward Coaching.”
